About Imperial Quant

Imperial Quant LLP is a Surat-based firm pursuing SEBI registration to teach and, in time, advise on markets with the same rigour we built into EdgeTest.

What we are building

We started with a question that comes up constantly in trading: how do you tell a real edge from a lucky run? EdgeTest answers it for a specific strategy, by testing it against history. Imperial Quant is where we teach the reasoning behind that question - probability, risk, and how to test an idea honestly - so it doesn't depend on any one tool.

In parallel we are pursuing registration to offer research and advice directly. Until either is granted, this site teaches; it does not advise. The current status of each registration is on the Disclosures page.
