An email address and phone line for this firm are not yet published. The phone number is required once we begin selling anything, under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, and will appear here when it exists. Until then, post is the way to reach us, and we will add faster channels here the day they exist rather than publish one that goes unwatched.
What we commit to
- Acknowledgement
- Within 2 working days of receiving your grievance.
- Resolution
- Within 30 days of receiving it, either resolved or with a substantive response explaining what is being done and why.
Grievance officer
A named grievance officer is not yet appointed. One is required once we operate, and their name and designation will be published here - never a placeholder in the meantime.
If you are not satisfied
If a grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue it through the courts with jurisdiction, stated in our terms of use: Courts at Surat, Gujarat, India. Once we hold a SEBI registration, this page will also name the regulator's own grievance route for a complaint about a registered activity.
