Registration status
Imperial Quant LLP does not hold any registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) today. The two registrations below are separate licences, regulated under separate rules, and are stated separately so that one being granted is never read as covering the other.

Until a registration is granted, we do not provide the service that registration covers, and we do not take payment for it. A registration number will be published here, alongside the certificate, on the day it is granted - never before.
What we do not offer
These hold regardless of our registration status, and will be revisited as it changes:
- We do not give investment advice, personal or general.
- We do not publish research reports, recommendations, target prices or buy, sell and hold calls.
- We do not manage money, hold client funds or securities, or operate a portfolio service.
- We do not accept payment for any service.
- We do not claim, publish or imply any past performance or expected return.
What is on this site today
The site currently describes the firm and, once published, will carry educational material on quantitative and statistical thinking applied to markets: probability, risk, and how to test an idea honestly. Any chart, simulation or worked example is built from data we generated ourselves.
Charts on this site are generated by our own simulation. They are not real market prices, not a record of any market, and not an illustration of any result anyone obtained.
EdgeTest
EdgeTest is a backtesting product built by the same team, live today. It is software: it runs a strategy a user has written against historical data and reports what happened. It does not give advice, does not recommend a security, and is not the subject of this disclosure - see its own terms at that site.
